Your life seems to be spinning out of control and you don’t know what to do. Does this sound familiar to you? It’s so hard to get up and function each day, isn’t it? You try and push on, showing a brave face to everyone, while deep inside, you struggle to “keep it together.”

This feels like such a burden, doesn’t it? After a while, this becomes too much for you to cope with. You don’t know where to turn to and you feel your reunion is too hard to face anymore.  The good news is, there is hope. There are ways you can learn to gain back control of your life.

Adoptees often feel overwhelmed, lost and confused by their emotions during their adoption reunions. Our life coaching services guide you on how to navigate the “emotional roller coaster” of your adoption reunion journey.  We will be with you every step of the way.

WHAT IS ADOPTION REUNION COACHING

I started Adoption Reunion Coaching because I wanted to help fellow adoptees and others involved in the Adoption Constellation to have a more meaningful reunion experience.  Adoption Reunions are often described as being on an “Emotional Roller Coaster” where an adoptee and others involved in reunion feel overwhelmed.

What My Clients have to say!

My Adoption reunion with my paternal family was an emotional earthquake, and the aftershock lingered for months. The worst part was that I had no support network is in place. I wish I had known about Adoption Reunion Coaching before embarking on this journey, and I had virtually no support as I navigated my conflicting emotions. It wasn't until this fall when I had a complete break with my half-siblings that pushed me into a deep depression. I knew Daryn for several adoptee groups, and we had become friends, and I trusted him. I hate asking for help, but I was drowning in despair, so I reached out to him for help, and it was the right decision. He helped me find peace in letting go of unhealthy relationships.
